Alexis is currently a student at Florida Atlantic University, studying art with a major in graphic design. She has always felt a passion for art, and is now creating a life that revolves around art, love and light. With graphic design in her future, she currently works at Painting with a Twist where she teaches all ages how to paint beautiful artwork. Alexis has traveled the world with an open eye on all kinds of cultural, religious and historical art, along with being raised in Florida's art districts. This has inspired her to spend her time dedicated to art and helping others.
I am so excited to be a part of Hugs and Smiles Children's Foundation. Ever since I was a kid I felt like I had a lot of creativity and love for art, but only recently have I decided to pursue a life being a creative artist. I am so grateful to be a part of the art world and an organization that cares so deeply about children's future. I want children to understand that their only limit when creating, is their imagination and determination. I would like to inspire people to be unique and confident in their art and themselves. I believe with Hugs and Smiles I can do this while having fun, creating art and making an impact for the next generation.

These FREE Music, Art and Dance programs are for kids ages 8-17. Our online zoom art series starts Fall 2022
MATERIALS NEEDED
- Acrylic paint
-Canvas (8 x 10 or larger)
-Paint Brushes
-Pencil and eraser
-Mixed media paper/ colored paper/ paper plate
-Chalk -optional
-Crayons/ colored pencils
Don't forget to have a bowl with water to clean the brushes
