Meeting Tina Weiss and becoming a part of The Hugs and Smiles Children’s Foundation is
like a dream come true for Dean. Her limitless vision and incredible drive are inspiring. Creating and
sharing art in the community and especially teaching, has enabled him to share his love of art with
children of all ages. He believes that the children of today absolutely need a much deeper exposure to the beauty of the arts, singing, dancing and fine arts. Creating paths of enrichment for all children of all ages.
