Nadia Wasif

Nadia is a young professional from South Florida. She graduated from Florida International University with two Bachelor's degrees: Finance & International Business. She has worked in a multitude of industries and disciplines and her expertise in Operations and Strategic Management allowed her to leverage those skills in her consulting services. During COVID, she saw many businesses struggling in the new landscape of the economy. This led to a partnership with a tech firm, SFL Media, a digital media agency that helps companies generate more business by establishing their online presence. 

Nadia has lots of experience working with children and a passion for educating them and being a part of their life as a mentor and friend. As Hugs & Smiles is dedicated to supporting and uniting children of all ethnicities through music, art, and dance, this inspired her to join the team. She now sits on the Advisory board as the Chief Operating Coordinator for a nonprofit, Hugs & Smiles Children's Foundation. Her role as the Chief Operating Coordinator is to facilitate the operational execution of the organization by designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures. This includes setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth along with establishing policies that promote organizational culture and vision.

She embodies a healthy lifestyle with a holistic approach in mind. This includes reading, podcasts, yoga, meditation & healthy eating. She enjoys travel, outdoor adventures, and spending time with loved ones.
