MADISON SMITH ,THE YOUNG ARTISTMadison Smith is a newly discovered artist who is 17 years old and goes to Dallas Christian High School in Mesquite Texas. She is the Founder and CEO of her company, MDSARTWORX. Madison is making a name for herself for her versatility, working with various media techniques. Madison's work and her creative process emanate from her strong religious background and her vivid imagination.
In 2021 Madison placed second in the DFW- NAACP- (ACT-SO) art competition and received Honorable Mention by the International Conference on Stigma Art. In 2022 she placed FIRST in the DFW- NAACP- (ACT-SO) art competition. Additionally she has partnered with the Sly Cat Art Gallery in Cedar Hill TX to exhibit her work. She is an active volunteer in her community. Her efforts extend to multiple organizations including local Churches and Nursing Homes. Madison loves working with youth and often tutors and mentors fellow students and underclassmen. BRETTNIE BLAKEBrettnie's journey began in 2002 when she joined her first step team at 12 years old. It was then she discovered her passion and love to entertain and perform. She joined her first dance team at Taravella High(JPT) school as a sophomore, then changed schools junior year and joined one of South Floridas number one step team, Alpha Psi Omega at Plantation High school.
After graduating high school, Brettnie became a volunteer coach/choreographerfor the current JPT dance team and Plantation girls step team.Brettnie is a well versatile dancer mastering styles such as; contemporary, jazz, ballet, vogue, stepping, dancehall, and hip hop. With all of these styles under her belt Brettnies classes will cater to any person with any background of dance. It doesn’t stop there! Brettnie is fluent in American Sign Language, and accredited actress with vocal background. As a professional dancer her work includes performing at the Trey Songz and Fabolous concert, Rock of Ages the movie, Step up 4 flashmob, Sean Paul music video ‘Body’ just to name a few.With over 11 years of experience in the entertainment industry her Hip Hop level one class and Dance hall class Brettnie will take you to another level of dance you’ve never experienced!
